Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience and/or training.
• Minimum 1 year of General Manager experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for two or more Massage Envy clinics; supervise General Managers.
• Lead front desk coverage and customer service excellence.
• Manage staffing, payroll, training, and compliance with brand standards.
• Drive performance through KPI review, budgeting, and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory and brand policy compliance across clinics.
