Qualifications

• Minimum two to four years’ experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) / inventory systems in a high-volume facility.
• Previous leadership experience and ability to lead others through decisions.
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience and basic clerical/data entry skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication abilities.
• Able to interact with all levels of management and support teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of warehouse associates and operations leads to deliver on daily goals.
• Collaborate with HR, Safety, Customer Service, and other Ops Leaders to drive results.
• Address operational and personnel issues affecting the functional area.
• Implement process improvements and workload efficiency mechanisms.
• Utilize workload planning tools to ensure orders are fulfilled to standards.
• Investigate discrepancies and variances and maintain quality standards.
