Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of two to four years’ experience with WMS/inventory systems in a high-volume facility.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience.
• Basic clerical and data entry skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with task ownership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of warehouse associates and operations leads to meet daily goals.
• Collaborate with HR, Safety, Customer Service and other Ops leaders to drive results.
• Address operational and personnel issues affecting the area.
• Implement process improvements and workload efficiency measures.
• Utilize workload planning tools to ensure orders are fulfilled to standard.
• Investigate discrepancies and variances; uphold quality standards.
