Job summary

Stord is seeking an Area Manager II to lead and develop a warehouse team, ensuring inventory accuracy and efficient operations across high-volume fulfillment. You will work with HR, Safety, Customer Service, and other Ops leaders to drive results and address issues as they arise.

The role requires 2–4 years’ WMS/inventory experience, prior leadership, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Overtime and weekend coverage may be needed in a fast-paced DC environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) / inventory systems in a high-volume facility.
• Previous leadership experience and ability to lead others.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; basic clerical/data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of warehouse associates and operations leads to meet daily goals.
• Collaborate with HR, Safety, Customer Service, and Ops leaders to drive results.
• Address operational and personnel issues in the functional area and implement improvements.
• Utilize workload planning tools to ensure orders are fulfilled to standard and investigate discrepancies.
