Job summary

Stord, The Consumer Experience Company, is hiring an Area Manager to lead a warehouse team in a high-volume facility in Atlanta, GA. You will ensure inventory accuracy, oversee daily operations, and coordinate with HR, Safety, and Customer Service to meet performance targets.

The role requires 2–4 years of WMS experience, prior leadership, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong organization and communication skills. Occasional overtime may be needed in a fast-paced distribution center.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two to four years’ experience working with warehouse management systems in a high-volume facility.
• Previous leadership experience is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with task-driven focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of warehouse associates and operations leads to meet daily goals.
• Collaborate with HR, Safety, Customer Service, and other Ops Leaders to drive results.
• Address operational and personnel issues affecting the area.
• Implement process improvements and workload efficiency mechanisms.
• Use workload planning tools to ensure orders are fulfilled to standards.
• Investigate discrepancies and variances and address quality concerns.
• Perform duties in line with quality standards and assist with other tasks as needed.
