Job summary

Stord is seeking an Area Manager II in Atlanta, GA to lead a warehouse team and drive daily operational goals. You will coordinate with HR, Safety, Customer Service and other Ops leaders to optimize processes, improve accuracy, and ensure timely order fulfillment.

The role requires leadership experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced distribution center environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Proven leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution setting.
• Strong organizational skills and time management required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; able to interact with all levels of staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of warehouse associates and operations leads to meet daily goals.
• Collaborate with HR, Safety, Customer Service and other Ops Leaders to drive results.
• Address operational and personnel issues affecting the functional area.
• Implement process improvements and workload efficiency measures.
• Use workload planning tools to complete scheduled workload and ensure orders are fulfilled to standards.
• Investigate discrepancies and variances; maintain accuracy and quality standards.
• Perform to quality standards across multiple functions; take on additional duties as assigned.
