Job summary

Stord, The Consumer Experience Company, is seeking an Area Manager II in Atlanta to lead a warehouse team and oversee daily distribution operations, inventory accuracy, and safety compliance.

You will collaborate with HR, Safety, Customer Service, and other Ops leaders to drive results, implement process improvements, and ensure orders are fulfilled to standard while managing workload planning.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience with WMS/inventory in a high-volume facility.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a warehouse team to deliver on daily goals.
• Collaborate with HR, Safety, Customer Service, and other Ops leaders to drive results.
• Address operational and personnel issues affecting the area.
