Job summary

Stord is seeking an Area Manager to lead a team of warehouse associates and operations leads in a fast-paced, high-volume facility in Atlanta. You will ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on-time fulfillment while coordinating with HR, Safety, and Customer Service.

Candidates should have 2–4 years of WMS experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Evening/weekend overtime may be required in this role.

Qualifications

• Two to four years’ experience with WMS/inventory systems in a high-volume facility.
• Leadership experience is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of warehouse associates and operations leads to deliver on daily goals.
• Collaborate with HR, Safety, Customer Service, and other Ops Leaders to drive results.
• Address operational and personnel issues affecting the area.
• Implement process improvements and workload efficiency measures.
• Use workload planning tools to ensure orders are fulfilled to standards.
• Investigate discrepancies and variances.
• Perform to quality standards in multiple functions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
