You will manage a team of warehouse associates and work closely with HR, Safety, and Customer Service to meet daily goals and maintain high standards of accuracy.

Prior leadership and WMS experience are essential. Applicants should be comfortable with overtime, weekends, and evolving workloads, and possess strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of warehouse associates and operations leads to meet daily goals.
• Collaborate with HR, Safety, Customer Service to drive results.
• Identify and address operational and personnel issues affecting the area.
• Implement process improvements to increase workload efficiency.
• Utilize workload planning tools to ensure orders are fulfilled to standard.
• Investigate discrepancies and maintain inventory accuracy.
