QVC Group in Ontario, California is hiring an Area Manager, Fulfillment Center Operations to lead daily department activities and guide exempt and non-exempt staff to meet safety, culture, cost, service, quality, and inventory accuracy goals. This onsite role requires California residency with relocation not offered.

You will translate priorities into shift plans, develop employees, and partner across site functions to ensure reliable service for customers while driving continuous improvement.

Competenze

• Experience leading warehouse or distribution teams and coordinating shift operations.
• Experience using a warehouse management system (WMS) such as Körber, Manhattan, or WAMAS.
• Ability to review operational reports and performance metrics to drive action.
• Experience coaching employees and conducting training.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.

The Area Manager, Fulfillment Center Operations supports QVC's fulfillment operations in Ontario, California. You'll lead day-to-day activity for an assigned distribution department, guiding exempt and non-exempt team members to meet goals for safety, culture, cost, service, quality, and inventory accuracy.

Reporting to the Operations Leader, you'll translate operational priorities into clear shift plans, develop employees, and partner across departments and site functions. You'll use reports, operational controls, and team feedback to address issues, improve processes, and support reliable service for customers.

If you're a practical, people-focused operations leader who can balance team experience with quality, service, and cost, this role puts you close to the work and its results.

Where You'll Work

This role is fully onsite at our fulfillment center in Ontario, California. Candidates must be based in California. Relocation assistance is not available.

What You'll Do

What You'll Bring

• Experience leading warehouse or distribution team members and coordinating shift or department operations.
• Experience using a warehouse management system (WMS); Körber, Manhattan, WAMAS, or comparable distribution systems are relevant.
• Ability to review operational reports and performance measures, identify irregularities, and communicate or implement corrective actions.
• Experience coaching employees, supporting training, and promoting safe, consistent work practices.
• Practical problem-solving, planning, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Salary: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00
