Job summary

QVC Group, Inc. is hiring a Fulfillment Area Manager to lead the Bethlehem, PA fulfillment center during Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday night shifts.

You will manage shipments, inventory accuracy, and daily operations while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and service levels. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Business/Logistics and 2+ years of supervisory experience in a high-volume warehouse.

• 2+ years of leadership/supervisory experience in a high-volume distribution center or warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer procedures for inbound/outbound shipments and inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with corporate/site resources to ensure low-cost efficiencies and high service levels.
• Model QVC Group values to build a positive, engaged culture with fairness and respect.
• Review operations to identify improvements for cost reduction, speed, and customer service.
• Oversee daily operations for the assigned area and partner with other departments.
• Identify trends and irregularities and report them to the Department Manager.
• Analyze deficiencies and develop corrective action plans.

Your Opportunity, Your Team The Fulfillment Area Manager supports QVC and HSN, and manages the tactical functionality of the department. You will prioritize and maintain departmental efficiency to meet productivity, volume, and quality goals. You will report to the Operations Manager. We are currently hiring for both Sunday-Wednesday nights and Wednesday-Saturday nights.

Where You'll Work This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Bethlehem, PA fulfillment center daily. Relocation assistance is available for this role.

What You'll Do

• Develop and administer operational procedures for perfectly completing activities for incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of products, and keeping the highest standards of inventory accuracy.
• Network and consult with corporate / site resources and facilities staff to ensure low-cost efficiencies and high service levels are maintained.
• Model QVC Group Values and operating principles to build a positive, motivating, engaged Culture, treating all employees fairly, ethically, and respectfully.
• Review existing operations to determine what improvements the department can make to allow for cost reduction, increased speed, and improved customer service.
• Oversee daily operations for assigned area, partnering with other departments.
• Identify, report, and communicate with the Department Manager trends and irregularities.
• Take an approach to analyzing deficiencies and develop plans to correct them.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Distribution, Logistics or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of demonstrated Leadership/Supervisory experience in a high volume distribution center or warehouse environment.
