QVC Group is hiring a Fulfillment Area Manager to support QVC and HSN from our Bethlehem, PA fulfillment center. This onsite role requires leading night shifts (Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday) and ensuring efficient operations, inventory accuracy, and high service levels.

You will partner with multiple departments and model a positive culture. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years of supervisory experience in a high-volume distribution center.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Distribution, Logistics or related field.
• 2+ years of demonstrated Leadership/Supervisory experience in a high volume distribution center or warehouse environment.
• Experience encouraging a positive work environment and partnering with team members.

Responsabilités

• Develop and administer operational procedures for incoming/outgoing shipments, inventory accuracy, and product disposition.
• Network with corporate/site resources and facilities staff to ensure cost efficiencies and high service levels.
• Model QVC Group Values to build a positive, motivating culture; treat all team members fairly and respectfully.
• Review operations to identify improvements for cost reduction, speed, and customer service.
• Oversee daily operations for the assigned area in collaboration with other departments.

• The Fulfillment Area Manager supports QVC and HSN, and manages the tactical functionality of their department. You will prioritize and maintain departmental efficiency to meet productivity, volume, and quality goals. You will report to the Operations Manager. We are currently hiring for both Sunday‑Wednesday nights and Wednesday‑Saturday nights.

Where You\'ll Work

• This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Bethlehem, PA fulfillment center daily. Relocation assistance is available for this role.

What You\'ll Do

• Develop and administer operational procedures for perfectly completing activities for incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of products, and keeping the highest standards of inventory accuracy.


• Network and consult with corporate / site resources and facilities staff to ensure low‑cost efficiencies and high service levels are maintained.


• Model QVC Group Values and operating principles to build a positive, motivating, engaged Culture, treating all team members fairly, ethically, and respectfully.


• Review existing operations to determine what improvements the department can make to allow for cost reduction, increased speed, and improved customer service.


• Oversee daily operations for assigned area, partnering with other departments.


• Identify, report, and communicate with the Department Manager trends and irregularities. Take an approach to analyzing deficiencies and develop plans to correct them.

What You\'ll Bring

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Distribution, Logistics or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


• 2+ years of demonstrated Leadership/Supervisory experience in a high volume distribution center or warehouse environment.


• Experience encouraging a positive work environment and partnering with team members.
