Our onsite Operations Planning Support Specialists and Operations Planning Assistant roles will directly report to you. You will report to the Scheduling Manager.**Where You'll Work*** This role is **onsite** and will require you to work from our Ontario, CA fulfillment center daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.**What You'll Do*** Work with site management and the corporate analysis group on developing all operations staff schedules based on the staffing plan.* Identify base, seasonal, flex, and overtime needs for all direct and indirect positions.* Conduct employee schedule preference bids consistent with the site base scheduling requirements.* Develop computer-based models for staffing and operations to maximize production.* Work with corporate forecasting and analysis group by communicating varying assumptions and deviations to the staff plan/forecast (absenteeism, vacations and meetings).* Lead the Operations Planning Support Specialists in managing timecard reconciliation, site scheduling, site time off, and other administrative duties.**What You'll Bring*** Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience* Analytical experience required with 1+ years scheduling experience* Operational experience associated with the site activity to include an understanding of workflow processing with 1-year experience.* Working knowledge of Excel is required* Background in staff planning and forecast development#LI-JM1Salary: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00Our **Total Rewards** package includes benefits you’ll love such as competitive compensation, paid time off, an employee assistance program, parental leave, paid volunteer hours, and amazing company discounts!
