Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven experience in facility management, janitorial services, or related industries.
• Extensive background in managing large-scale service operations.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
• Ability to inspire and lead diverse teams while fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and make data-driven decisions.
• Expertise in financial planning and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Proficiency in relationship management, and operational execution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate challenges and implement solutions.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Commitment to maintaining workplace health and safety standards.
