Diversified Maintenance is hiring an Area Manager to supervise janitorial staff across assigned sites, ensure quality service, and maintain budget adherence. You will lead hiring, training, and performance management while building strong client relationships and delivering consistent results.

The role emphasizes safety, scheduling, and effective communication, with opportunities for career growth within a leading facilities maintenance company.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of management experience in a service-related industry.
• Business-level English communication (oral and written).
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing environments.
• Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to lead and encourage teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Select and place janitorial personnel; manage hiring, performance appraisals, and development plans.
• Champion company values and people culture.
• Assign duties, inspect work for quality, and review performance.
• Manage work schedules within labor budget.
• Oversee safety training and onboarding for hourly staff.
• Prepare time sheets, reports, and orders.
• Maintain open communication and coach employees.
• Build relationships with customers through regular site visits.
• Resolve problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document customer contacts and ensure issues are resolved.
• Monitor accounts for additional work opportunities.
• Ensure Quality Control site visits are completed and recorded.
• Spend time at accounts to support outcomes.
