Job summary

Amrize Building Envelope is seeking an Area Manager Field Sales to lead end-to-end sales across its roofing and waterproofing offerings. You will cultivate relationships with architects, engineers, owners, distributors, and contractors, driving revenue growth and territory expansion.

The role demands deep product knowledge, strategic execution, and a proven record of meeting sales targets while traveling frequently to client sites and trade shows.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business or related field or 5+ years in roofing/waterproofing materials or commercial coatings sales.
• Proven track record in building business and increasing sales.
• Excellent communication skills with strong customer service focus.
• Ability to present information professionally to diverse customers and industry professionals.
• Strong time management and written/verbal communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end sales processes and convert leads while meeting annual sales and gross profit targets.
• Develop and manage territory strategy, marketing plans, and budget.
• Build long-term relationships with architects, engineers, owners, distributors, and contractors.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Gaco product lines and market trends.
• Conduct on-site product training for contractors and installers.
