Job summary

ML Property Group is seeking an Area Service Manager to oversee maintenance across multiple communities in the Charlotte area. The role partners with on-site Service Managers to ensure timely completion of service requests, preventive maintenance, and make-ready projects.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of apartment maintenance experience and at least 1 year in a service manager capacity, with strong skills in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Minimum of one year of apartment Service Manager experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs various community maintenance functions including but not limited to light bulb changes.
• HVAC repairs and plumbing tasks as needed.
• Inspects and coordinates make-ready repairs and services.
• Responds to resident service requests and concerns promptly.
