Job summary

ML Property Group LLC in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Service Manager to oversee maintenance requests, preventative maintenance, and amenity area upkeep across our properties. You will partner with the Community Manager to ensure a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for residents and staff.

The role requires 3–5 years of apartment maintenance experience, HVAC/CPO/EPA certifications, and strong safety and customer-service focus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of apartment maintenance experience, plus 1 year in a service-manager-like role.
• HVAC/CPO/EPA certifications required or on track to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance requests and preventative maintenance across properties.
• Coordinate make-ready repairs and safety inspections with the Community Manager.
• Provide on-call emergency service and respond to after-hours calls within 1 hour.
