Job summary

Dayrise Residential is seeking a Service Manager in Charlotte, NC to lead our maintenance team across its communities. You will oversee repairs, preventive maintenance, vendor services, and ensure units and common areas are ready for new residents, while inspiring a high-performing, safety-minded team.

You will report to the Community Manager and bring 2–3 years of multifamily maintenance leadership, EPA/type I & II or universal certification, and a CPO certification.

Qualifications

• Senior maintenance leadership experience in multifamily properties.
• EPA Type I & II or Universal certification.
• CPO certification.
• 2-3 years of multifamily maintenance leadership.
• Proficient with RealPage and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of service technicians.
• Manage work orders, preventive maintenance, and vendor services.
• Ensure units and common areas are ready and maintained to high standards.
• Foster a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents.
• Oversee budget management and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Be part of the on-call rotation for emergency needs.
