Job summary

ML Property Group is seeking a Service Manager to oversee all maintenance and amenity areas for the property. You will partner with the Community Manager to drive maintenance initiatives and maintain a safe, secure living environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

The role requires 3–5 years in apartment maintenance and at least 1 year as a Service Manager, with HVAC/CPO/EPA certifications and a valid driver’s license. On-site work, with after-hours emergencies, is expected.

Qualifications

• High school degree required; college degree preferred.
• Three to five years of apartment maintenance experience (or equivalent).
• Minimum of one year of apartment Service Manager experience (or equivalent).
• HVAC certification, CPO certification, EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service requests, preventative maintenance and amenity area maintenance.
• Coordinate with Community Manager on maintenance initiatives and safety.
• Respond to resident service requests within 24 hours; provide timely updates.
• Inspect exterior lighting, maintain logs, and monitor maintenance inventory.
• Perform on-call emergency service after hours and ensure timely arrival.
