Job summary

LSA Management is looking for a Floating Service Manager to lead maintenance across apartment communities in the Charlotte area. The candidate should hold EPA Universal certification, CPO certification, and have strong HVAC expertise with multifamily maintenance leadership experience.

You will oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance maintenance; train teams; manage vendors; support capital projects; and ensure safety and compliance while delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification (Universal preferred).
• CPO Certification.
• Valid Driver License.
• 5+ years multifamily maintenance experience.
• 2+ years Service Manager or Maintenance Supervisor experience.
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance leadership across multiple communities.
• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and building maintenance.
• Support staffing transitions; train maintenance teams.
