Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year’s experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related area.
• Alternatively, 2 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing and scheduling to meet facility goals.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders in the area of responsibility.
• Oversee facility maintenance including HVAC and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company policies and procedures.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders to implement business plans and improvements.
