Qualifications

• Supervisory experience or management exposure in a warehouse or distribution setting.
• Bachelor-level education in Business, Human Resources or Logistics.
• Ability to lead and develop teams toward operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Implements the business plan for the assigned area by coordinating staffing, scheduling and workloads to achieve facility goals.
• Identifies associate, customer and supplier concerns and recommends corrective actions.
• Monitors productivity by reviewing business reports and adjusting workflows as needed.
• Maintains quality and safety by training associates on policies, monitoring compliance and updating procedures.
• Supervises and develops associates and leaders, assigns duties, reviews performance and supports coaching.
• Manages systems hardware and software installation, repair, and inventory of components.
