Job summary

Walmart seeks a Licensed Manager, Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance across a regional footprint. You will lead a team of technicians, partner with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership, and ensure buildings operate safely, reliably and sustainably.

This role requires travel within the region, strong licensing and compliance, and the ability to manage contractors, inspections, and budgets while delivering excellent service to associates

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in general facilities services or building maintenance.
• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience required.
• Leadership skills to lead, motivate, and develop others.

Responsibilities

• Travel approximately 50% within the region.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Handle reporting and analytics.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and registrations.
• Participate in training for regulatory compliance and site inspections.
• Obtain and schedule inspections per applicable codes.
