• Analyze customer needs to maintain profitability and assign freight to drivers.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external customers; use telemarketing to resolve problems and track shipments.
• Support contract and tariff application and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Attend training to maintain professional and technical knowledge.
