• Plan and coordinate delivery routes for drivers to optimize time and fuel use.
• Dispatch drivers with detailed instructions and maintain ongoing driver communication.
• Serve as main contact for customers, providing delivery updates and resolving issues.
• Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain dispatch records, driver assignments, and delivery schedules.
