• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
• Ability to communicate effectively by phone and email with customers, drivers, and associates

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and communicate accurate load information to trucks
• Analyze customer needs and assign freight to appropriate drivers to maintain profitability
• Maintain relationships with internal and external customers and resolve questions via telemarketing skills
• Support customers with contract and tariff applications and participate in training to maintain knowledge
