Job summary

Uber Freight is seeking experienced customer service professionals with a background in Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain. This hybrid role is based out of Garland, TX, with a standard Mon–Fri 8:00–17:00 schedule and a focus on delivering excellent customer service while managing carrier relationships and routing optimization.

Responsibilities include using TMS to manage orders, ensuring on-time pickups, freight coverage, data accuracy, and proactive cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience in Transportation/Logistics/Supply Chain.
• Knowledge of Microsoft and/or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Use the Transportation Management System (TMS) to manage the lifecycle of an order.
• Exceed on-time pick-up and delivery expectations.
• Maintain relationships with carriers contracted to the account and in the region.
• Consolidate orders considering best cost and transit options across modes.
