Maverick Transportation, LLC is seeking a customer service and dispatch support professional to assist customers, drivers and internal teams. The role focuses on accurate load dispatch, contract interpretation, and maintaining profitable freight flows.

You will engage with customers via phone and email, coordinate with drivers, and use telemarketing when needed to secure freight and monitor shipments. Training leads to a hybrid work option.

Qualifikationen

• Prefer a four-year college degree with an emphasis in a related field to the position plus 6-12 months related experience and/or training and no previous management experience is required.

• Communicate effectively via phone and email with customers, drivers, and Maverick associates.
• Dispatch and communicate accurate load information to trucks.
• Analyze customer needs and assign freight to drivers to maximize profitability.
• Maintain relationships with customers and resolve issues via telemarketing to solicit freight and track shipments.
• Understand and maintain contracts and tariffs to service customers.
• Maintain professional knowledge through training and ensure confidentiality.
