7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an Area Leader Trainee to oversee 12–14 store locations, train staff, and drive exceptional customer service. You will lead district operations, manage budgets, and mentor Store Leaders in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role emphasizes multi-unit operations, strategic planning, and strong coaching skills, with a clear path for career growth within 2–5 years into diversified leadership roles across the network.

Competenze

• Experience leading multiple stores or districts is preferred.
• Strong training and coaching abilities are required.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, sales, and store operations.
