Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple stores or districts is preferred.
• Strong training and coaching abilities are required.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, sales, and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Staffing, training, and supervising Store Leaders.
• Implement merchandising programs, control cash/inventory, and promote customer service excellence.
• Manage profit and loss including budget planning, maximize sales, and control expenses.
• Set performance goals and monitor results with upper management.
