7-Eleven is seeking an Area Leader Trainee to supervise 12–14 stores and lead a high-performing team. You will train Store Leaders, implement merchandising programs, and manage cash and inventory while focusing on profitability and strong customer service.

The program offers 12 months of dedicated training with clear paths to district leadership and corporate opportunities, including a company vehicle for business use after appointment.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree or 5+ years of retail district/operations management.
• Ability to relocate after training.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to supervise 100+ employees.
• Strong leadership and customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 12-14 store locations.
• Train and develop Store Leaders.
• Manage merchandising programs, cash controls, and inventory.
• Set performance goals and monitor results with upper management.
