Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking an Area Leader Trainee to oversee 12–14 store locations and develop store leaders. The role includes directing staffing, training, merchandising, cash control, and customer service excellence across districts.

Qualified candidates bring a 4-year degree or 5+ years of district/region management experience, plus a valid driver’s license and the ability to manage budgets and large teams. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• A 4-year degree or 5+ years of district/regional operations management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle required.
• Ability to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience supervising 100+ employees across multiple stores.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and cost-control skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 12–14 store locations.
• Train and supervise Store Leaders.
• Implement merchandising programs and control cash/inventory.
• Manage budget planning and expenses while driving sales.
• Set performance goals and monitor results with upper management.
