Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an Area Leader Trainee to oversee 12-14 store locations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will train and supervise Store Leaders, implement merchandising standards, and drive profitability while ensuring top customer service.

Qualifications include a 4-year degree or 5+ years in district/regional retail ops, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to relocate after training. A company vehicle is provided upon appointment.

Qualifications

• A 4-year degree from an accredited college or university OR 5+ years of district/regional retail ops experience.
• Experience managing multi-store operations and 100+ employees.
• Ability to relocate after training.
• Valid driver's license with active auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Staffing, training, and supervising Store Leaders.
• Implementing merchandising programs, controlling cash and inventory, motivating and teambuilding, and promoting excellent customer service.
• Managing profit and loss including budget planning, maximizing sales and controlling expenses.
• Setting performance goals and monitoring results with upper management.
• Relocating upon completion of training.
