7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an Area Leader Trainee for Retail Sales who will directly oversee 12-14 store locations. You will train and develop Store Leaders to deliver outstanding customer service and operating excellence.

A company vehicle is provided for business use once appointed to a district. The program lasts about 12 months, with a clear path to a senior operations role within 2-5 years. Relocation may be required; a 4-year degree or 5+ years of district/retail management experience are

Qualifications

• 4-year degree or 5+ years of experience managing district/retail operations
• Relocation may be required upon training completion
• Valid Driver’s License and automotive liability insurance
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Staffing, training, and supervising Store Leaders
• Implementing merchandising programs, controlling cash and inventory
• Setting performance goals and monitoring results with upper management
• Focus on profit and loss management including budget planning and cost control
