7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an Area Leader Trainee to oversee 12-14 store locations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will train store teams to deliver exceptional service and ensure strong store performance.

The program lasts about 12 months and offers hands-on leadership development, a company vehicle for business use, plus competitive benefits and a clear path to district-level operations leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience overseeing multiple stores in a regional or district role.
• Strong leadership, staffing, and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 12–14 store locations in a multi-unit role.
• Train store teams to provide exceptional customer service.
• Implement merchandising programs, control cash and inventory, and promote sales.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, and expense control to optimize profitability.
• Set performance goals and track results with upper management.
• Requires a 4-year degree or 5+ years in district/regional retail ops.
