Qualifications

• 4-year degree from an accredited college or university OR 5+ years of experience managing district or regional operations for retail/large stores.
• Valid Driver’s License from state of residence and maintaining automotive liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Staff, train, and supervise Store Leaders.
• Implement merchandising programs and control cash and inventory.
• Motivate teams and promote excellent customer service.
• Manage profit and loss, budgeting, sales, and expenses.
