7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an Area Leader Trainee to oversee 12–14 store locations in the California region. You will train and develop Store Leaders to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple stores or a district.
• Ability to train and develop Store Leaders for high performance.
• Strong customer service and merchandising focus.

Responsibilities

• Staffing, training and supervising Store Leaders.
• Implement merchandising programs, control cash and inventory, motivate teams and promote excellent customer service.
• Manage profit and loss including budget planning, maximize sales and control expenses.
• Set performance goals and monitor results with upper management.
