7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an Area Leader Trainee to supervise 12–14 stores in the San Diego area. You will train Store Leaders to deliver exceptional customer service, manage merchandising, cash handling, and inventory, and drive district profitability.

A four-year degree or equivalent retail ops experience is required; a company vehicle is provided upon appointment. The role emphasizes multi-unit operations management, leadership development, and advancement into higher-level district
