Job summary

Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Area Supervisor to oversee a specific store area and assist in daily operations across the sales floor. You will open and close the store, supervise associates, and ensure a friendly, easy-to-shop environment with proper merchandising.

You will enforce safety, loss prevention, and company policies while training and coaching team members on cash handling, front-end procedures, and stockroom organization. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and English fluency.
• Customer service experience and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Basic math calculations required.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, supervise associates, and maintain a clean, merchandised environment.
