What you bring:

• Experience in staffing, training, and supervising store leaders
• Skills in merchandising, cash and inventory control, motivation, and customer service
• Focus on profit and loss management, including budgeting and expense control
• Ability to set and monitor performance goals
• 4-year degree or 5+ years managing large retail operations
• Willingness to relocate after training
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Ability to multitask, stay motivated, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
