Area Leader Trainee - Retail Sales

Qualifications:

• Experience in staffing, training, and supervising store leaders
• Implementation of merchandising programs, cash and inventory control, team motivation, and customer service promotion
• Profit and loss management, including budgeting, sales maximization, and expense control
• Setting and monitoring performance goals with upper management
• 4-year degree or 5+ years of managing district or regional retail operations
• Ability to relocate after training completion
• Valid driver’s license and automotive insurance
• Ability to multitask, stay self-motivated, and perform physical activities including lifting up to 50 pounds
