Qualifications

• Two years of management experience in a service-related industry, preferably janitorial.
• Business-level English communication skills (written and spoken).

• Excellent customer service skills and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee janitorial staff at assigned sites and ensure quality service within budget.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers through regular site visits.
• Schedule work and inspect tasks to ensure cleanliness and timeliness.
• Conduct new hire orientation, safety training, and performance evaluations.
• Document and review time sheets, work orders, and training records.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction.
