Diversified Maintenance is hiring an Area Manager to oversee janitorial staff at multiple sites. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality service within the established budget and schedule.

You will lead scheduling, training, and performance coaching, while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring safety and compliance across accounts. This role offers growth within a leading facilities services company.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of management experience in a service-related industry (janitorial preferred).
• Business-level oral and written English proficiency.
• Ability to multitask, provide strong customer service, and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise janitorial staff at assigned sites and oversee daily operations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quality service within budget and timelines.
• Conduct training, performance appraisals, and development plans for staff.
• Review schedules, assign duties, and monitor labor budgets across accounts.
• Maintain safety, coordinate with clients, and build strong customer relationships.
• Prepare and review administrative paperwork (time sheets, reports, work orders).
