Diversified Maintenance is hiring an Area Manager to supervise janitorial staff at assigned sites, ensure service quality, and maintain budget compliance. The role involves leading personnel decisions, safety training, and customer relationship management to deliver consistent results.

The Area Manager will coordinate schedules, review performance, and strive for exceptional customer satisfaction while adhering to company standards and labor budgets. Strong English communication is required.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Hire and place janitorial personnel; manage performance appraisals and development plans
• Champion the company values and people culture
• Assign duties, inspect cleanliness, and ensure quality of service
• Manage work procedures and schedules within labor budget
• Conduct new hire orientation and safety training
• Prepare and review time sheets, reports, and orders
• Maintain open communication and coach employees for success
• Build relationships with customers by visiting accounts regularly
• Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Monitor accounts for additional work opportunities and contract scope
• Ensure Quality Control site visits are completed and recorded
• Support account locations to meet customer needs
