H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to oversee 4–6 offices, ensuring a high-quality client experience and strong operational execution. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, drive performance, and manage staffing, facilities, and compliance across locations.

This hands-on leadership role requires a strategic thinker who travels between offices, aligns priorities, and delivers consistent results while supporting seasonal demand and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in a multi-unit retail, service, or operations environment.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative experience.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and accountability for performance.
• Experience driving business and financial results across locations.
• Ability to manage change and adopt new processes.
• Independent judgment to prioritize across locations.
• Experience with facilities, staffing, or compliance operations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
• Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds and travel frequently between offices.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals; coach to performance.
• Provide coaching based on behavior, outcomes, and feedback.
• Identify patterns, address performance gaps, and develop bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics, identify trends, and improve business results.
• Ensure daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance.
• Oversee office readiness, facilities, and onboarding for seasonal demand.
