You will set expectations for consultative service, operational execution, and team performance while coaching Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals.

In this role, you’ll own staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day operations, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on leadership to deliver strong business results across offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit environments with performance accountability.
• Strong client-centric mindset and consultative client experience.

Responsibilities

• Own leadership of 4–6 offices to ensure consistent consultative client experience.
• Coach Tax Pros and Client Service Pros to deliver high-quality service.
• Drive revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
