Job summary

H&R Block seeks a Multi-Office Leader to supervise 4–6 offices, ensuring a consistent consultative client experience and strong operational execution. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Pros, drive revenue, and maintain readiness across locations.

You will balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, travel between offices, and alignment of staffing, facilities, and compliance to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading multi-unit teams with performance accountability.
• Strong client-centric, consultative service mindset.
• Proven leadership with coaching and accountability.
• Drive business results while managing day-to-day ops across locations.
• Experience leading through organizational change.
• Ability to prioritize across multiple locations.
• Experience overseeing facilities, staffing, or compliance.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and climb ladders.
• Willingness to travel frequently between offices.
• Schedule flexibility for evenings, weekends, and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Pros with accountability.
• Provide coaching to strengthen team execution.
• Identify patterns, address gaps, and develop bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics and implement actions to improve results.
• Oversee daily operations: staffing, scheduling, labor, compliance, SOPs, service delivery.
• Own office readiness and seasonal preparation for sites.
