H&R Block seeks a Multi-Office Leader to oversee 4-6 offices, delivering a consistent, high-quality client experience across locations. You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, align priorities, and ensure readiness for seasonal demand with strong leadership presence.

You’ll drive operational excellence, monitor performance, and own business outcomes while traveling between offices to maintain in-person leadership across the portfolio.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit retail, service, or operations with accountable performance outcomes.
• Strong client-centric mindset and leadership abilities.
• Proven coaching, development, and accountability of teams.
• Experience driving business and financial results across multiple locations including labor management.
• Experience leading through change and adopting new processes.
• Ability to prioritize across multiple locations with independent judgment.
• Experience managing facilities, staffing, or compliance.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; handles escalations and complex issues.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into action.
• Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 20 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Willingness to travel frequently between offices and work flexible hours.

Responsabilidades

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4-6 assigned offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations and drive improvements.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors with client-centric leadership.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coaching for consistent performance.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors, performance outcomes, and real-time feedback.
• Identify patterns across offices and develop bench strength and high-potential talent.
• Own revenue, growth, operational performance, and business outcomes for offices.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement actions to improve results, acquisition, and retention.
• Ensure daily operations across offices including staffing, scheduling, labor management, and SOPs.
• Own office readiness including facilities, equipment, supplies, and onboarding for seasonal demand.
