You will balance strategic leadership with hands‑on presence, align priorities with business results, and travel between offices to support readiness and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in a multi‑unit environment with accountability for performance outcomes.
• Strong client‑centric mindset with experience delivering consultative client experience.
• Proven leadership capability with coaching, development, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own 4–6 offices and drive consistent client experiences across locations.
• Coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals for higher performance.
• Monitor operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance to ensure readiness.
• Identify gaps, address trends, and develop bench strength for succession.
