Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to oversee a portfolio of 4-6 offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience across locations. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, guiding teams to anticipate client needs and deliver expert guidance in a welcoming, confident manner.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll balance strategic oversight with in-office presence, drive revenue and performance, and support client outcomes across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit retail, service, or operations.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative client experience.
• Proven leadership capability to coach, develop and hold teams accountable.
• Ability to travel between locations and manage multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4-6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals with clear expectations.
• Provide coaching to strengthen team execution and performance.
• Own revenue, growth, operational performance across offices.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement actions to improve results.
• Ensure daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance.
